When was the last time you cried?
Is it because of frustration, getting the occasional blues, being mistreated, betrayed? Is it a heartbreak, a painful ordeal, physical sickness, problems--big or small, regrets, hurt or someone offended you, whatever it is, you may have your reasons. But one thing is for sure--crying is not a sign of weakness--ever.
I cried when I was heartbroken, I cried when I felt the painful process of grief when someone close to me passed away. I cried when I felt frustrated, because I feel slighted, etc, etc. A comforting thought: You can cry whenever you like and wherever! There's no written universal rule that you can only cry at a prescribed time and at this place only.

And then you try researching the Internet or browse medical related books for some information. Come on now, you know that for reassurance that nothing serious is happening, or there's really nothing you're only trying to confirm...confirm what? Well, you are just trying to look wrong with what you're feeling. Really, it can be just eyestrain--again.
Nevertheless, the more you read and scour for infos, you noticed, the more you worry.

Even in those times of frantic pacing and harried lifestyles, you know that you always have the choice to simplify and do less. It is the solution to almost every aspect of our lives.
To simplify is the answer to your financial difficulties: Shop less and spend less. Don't try to spend more than what you actually earn. Cut back on your bills and decrease your debt. Rather than trying to handle all your bills and expenses, try to simplify. If necessary, have fewer credit cards, of get rid of your credit card if you have to.

Have you still got the time to read more books? Do they only gather a lot of dusts and cobwebs because you don't care to open them or you simply lack the time to read more books?
You have to accept the fact that you can pick the ones you like to keep on reading--and that you don't have to peruse everything. There may be plenty of classics and others which claims that some works are "must-read", but then again, you don't have to force yourself in try and reading more books if you can't even get past the tenth or at least the 5th page.
What matters most is that you choose to read more books you only want to read and not just you buy a book that everyone is talking about but then you can't even manage to get on with it!
Here are some tips in what to look for to really know what you want to get on reading:
1) Look for genres which truly interests you.
