Relax; maybe that remark just came from some well-meaning friends or relatives who share your best interests at heart and want you to be a better person in making you handle anger in a positive way.

And if you think that joining anger management classes is a shame, well think again my friend. On the contrary, it could even be the best gift you can give yourself. Just keep an open mind and think about some of the worthwhile advantages these classes may provide you.
