Being in a relationship with a person for a long time is not an assurance that he or she will stay with you permanently. The worst thing that might happen is that your partner will not even value the years that you spent together and will leave you without further ado.
That particular incident has created feelings of disgust, hatred and bitterness in you and you want to release anger. You can’t forget some cherished moments as you remember the times with so much love that you are just like flying filled with happiness having your partner. Break-up has not come into your mind because you believe years of togetherness will tighten your bond more and more.

 You already invested your emotions in the relationship to which you didn’t realized that it will just come to waste. The loving feeling that you have was changed to anger. You now hate the person that you have loved so much before. These negative feelings will just give harm to yourself and to other people.
You have to get rid of these negative emotions before it could create some manifestations. Help yourself get out from that unhappy feeling. Here are the best ways to release anger and to let go of that bitterness and move on: 1.Don’t suppress your feelings but release anger and pour it out.
Let it show. Expressing your emotions is good because it is therapeutic. As you unload your feelings, you feel better. Your mood becomes bright. You can’t get the help that you need if the person around you doesn’t know what’s happening inside you. 2.Surround yourself with supporters for they could help you recover faster as you release anger.
They could give you advices regarding on that matter and help you cope with it. Their love and acceptance will make you feel that you are still a likeable and lovable person. 3.Do something you are interested passionate about. Doing your passion that you have ignored while you’re in the relationship could be an instant ego booster that could give you happiness.
It will give you a sense of fulfillment that you have still something to contribute and to share that only you could give. 4.Get busy. This is to keep your mind away of the pain from that experience to release anger . Make your time usable.
Don’t waste your energy on thinking on something that will just make you remember the hurt that you are trying to ignore but is still alive in your mind. 5.Let go of the past as you release anger. Let the memory be forgotten by time. What had happened to you is just an experience that you need for your growth.
Don’t just dwell on it too much. You will have many experiences coming that you will learn from. That is just one of your lessons. 6.Be happy. You could be happy no matter what situation you are in. It’s just a matter of choice because you can direct your moods basing from the content of your thoughts.
