It's normal for us to be angry and if you've been pushed too far. But it's also important to release your anger in a healthy manner. There are actually many tips for releasing your anger out there which worked for some, and you just have to find those which can also work for you.
Being angry is just a normal emotion for us humans. But be careful how to express it--for you don't want to cause unnecessary strain into your relationships.
They say you should choose your friends carefully--and that goes for your enemies too. I mean, before you lash out your anger at someone, think twice! Is this person at the receiving end someone you might "need" in the long run? It's a small world out there you know. advertisement
You might need this "annoying person's" services later on, you now. Words can make or break hearts, so think twice before you wield out that dragon mouth. Yes, I've been there you know and I learned my lesson.
Knowing me, which I can really get miffed or annoyed easily since I can be quite moody at times. I was at school at that time and a former bright (but really annoying classmate) really pissed me off big time (I can't actually recall what made me blow my top--I was too young then). It so happened that I was in a bad mood at that time. Well, what do you know-- I just snapped at him right then and there and he just went quiet with embarrassment.
I myself felt embarrassed too, creating an awkward conflict right after. Then came a time wherein I badly needed help of someone with his...expertise! Well, you know what happens afterwards; I really looked far and wide for help--except him. That's why you have to contain yourself first before emitting that venom mouth.
If you're really losing patience, take a deep breath, next, count from 1 to 10. Then ask yourself, if it's really worth it? If not, then maybe it's best to zip it and better hit the gym (hit the punching bag) to release your anger.
