It is very significant to know and realize that the Law of Attraction operates in each and every moment in our lives. Before I go further on explaining about why just a minute of Deliberate Attraction is much better than none at all, let me start with giving you the meaning of The Law of Attraction. The Definition of this law states that: Whatever I give my attention, focus or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted, I attract to myself. So as the definition of this law declares to us, we tend to attract more of whatever vibration we offer or give in each moment. When it comes to our vibrations, whether or not our vibration attracts to us anything or something we like or we do not like, whether or not they were offered deliberately or not deliberately offered, this Law is still trying to operate and pays attention in precisely the same manner—in every instance and moment.

Like right now, in this very instance, each and every one of us is trying to offer a vibration and this law is also trying to match that vibration and giving us some more of it whether or not we are trying to provide that vibration in a deliberate manner or not deliberate at all. Take note of the word “attention”, and it is in our definition of the law in attracting. Try visualizing or envisioning when you spend even just one minute of deliberately placing your attention, energy and concentration or focus on the way you like something to be in your life. You are trying to fill in that minute with purposeful offered vibrations.
Those vibrations of yours are evoking the energy of the rule of attraction to begin to unfold whatever you start to give your attention to. The more Deliberate Attention you give to anything you really desire, the more immediate it would manifest in your life. It is ideal if we like to become more voluntary offerers about the vibrations we present. When we become deliberate about what we give our energy, attention and focus to, then we are practicing Deliberate Attraction! Given here below is an easy and simple 4-stage cycle to help you in understanding why Deliberate Attraction is a valuable skill to try and practice. Stage #1--in any instance or moment in your life, you observe what you are attracting. Stage #2—you are offering an accompanying vibration while you are observing what you're attracting. Stage #3—in each and every instance or moment, the rule of attraction is checking and knocking in with your vibrations, whether being offered deliberately or not at all. Stage #4—whatever you are offering or presenting vibrationally, the law of attraction then gives you more of it. Bear in mind that, when you give your attention to what you do want, you are involving it in your present vibration. And when you give attention to what you do not want, you are still involving it in your present vibration. The law of attraction does not make any differences between the two.
