4 Tips to Combat Negativity
Release the inner beauty that's waiting to
be set free.
See how here.
Discover your true "face of beauty" and become
your own beautiful you.
**********************************************************************
And speaking of beauty, don't you know your
self-esteem has a major impact on it.
The higher your self-confidence and self-esteem
you have the more beautiful you feel AND become.
But the thing is not everyone feels good about
their self-esteem or self-confidence.
It’s not really too difficult to see why a lot of
people have a negative outlook in life.
I mean let's face it, it's all around us.
There's the current economic crisis, crimes,
war & conflict, devastation, and a myriad of
other events that seem to weight us down
and dash any hope that we may have.
Instead of being swept away by this tide of
negativity, why not start fresh - free from all
of it?
Impossible you say?
That in itself is the effect of the negativity.
Tell yourself this: it is possible and it can work.
So how should you do it you ask?
Well, for starters you can be more optimistic.
Try and look at the brighter side of things.
Wake up and embrace the opportunities of
the each and every new day.
The following positive attitude tips will not
only enhance and nurture your well being
and relationship with other people, but will
also let us enjoy all the pleasures life has
to offer.
**********************************************************************
1. Be selective of what you read, watch
or listen to.
Let's face it.
We are highly influenced by the things which
constantly bombard our senses.
Always being exposed to negativity will also
affect the way you look at life.
Try and expose yourself to positive things so
you, in turn, will also look at the positive things
in life.
Avoid the negative and welcome the positive!
**********************************************************************
2. Mingle with the right crowd.
It's the same thing as number 1 above.
If you are surrounded by friends that are always
negative then you will tend to be negtive as
well.
As the saying goes: birds of the same feather
flock together.
Without even being aware of it, you slowly start
to become like the persons you spend most
time with.
So choose your friends well.
Your social circle influences you more than
you think.
Remember, people's attitudes are contagious.
**********************************************************************
3. Choose to have a positive mindset.
You have to allow yourself to be positive and
happy.
If you think about it, other people cannot make
you happy.
Only you can make yourself happy if you want
to be happy.
**********************************************************************
4. Utilize those positive affirmations.
Complaining is a normal part of life but if it
gets to be a habit then it's not good at all.
All that complaining becomes part of the bad
vibe that will start to affect your self-esteem.
So instead of saying, “I hate waking up early
in the mornings," try saying “I’m thankful for
this new day.”
Before you know it you will start to have a
more positive outlook on life, paving the way
for better relationships not only with yourself
but with others.
**********************************************************************
BUT at the end of the day it all comes down
to you.
You can either be your own best friend or your
own worst enemy.
Only you can let other people put you down.
Worst yet, only you can put yourself down
harder than others can.
So stop your negative self from taking control
over your life.
Being negative has the same affect on your
beauty.
Be your own beauty here.
You can become the confident person you've
always wanted to be and become beautiful
from the inside out.
To your confidence,
