Be Happy So Your Life Stays Happy
Low self-confidence and low
self-esteem can make life
miserable for you.
Fight back and pull yourself
up again.
See how you can do it here.
************************************************************
We all want to be happy.
Who doesn't?
I'm sure you want to be happy
too.
After all, happiness is something
that all of us strive to have in
one form or another.
Let's face it, we all can't be
happy all the time.
That being said, I would also
point out that we have different
levels of happiness.
What I mean is that we all
have different definitions of
what makes us happy.
Knowing what your definition
of happiness is is the first
step you need in order for
you to be happy.
Try and figure out what is
important to you in life.
What do you put value in?
At the same time try to
remember the times you
were happy and content.
Why were you happy at
that time?
What were you doing?
Once you figure those things
out try to add more time to
doing the thing(s) that made
you happy.
If you found that baking a
cake or reading a book
made you happy then try
to spend more time doing
those activities.
Be optimistic. Nothing defeats
your ability to be happy than
pessimism.
And if you have to decide on
things just follow what feels
right to you and go with it.
For example if you need to
choose between a selection
of paintings just pick the
one you feel is the one for
you.
Basically, you want to follow
your "gut feeling."
Studies have shown that
people who followed their
instincts tended to be
happier with their decisions
as compared to people who
took the time to analyze the
pros and cons of their actions.
************************************************************
Money doesn't buy you
happiness.
Many claim otherwise but the
thing is money simply adds
to the misery.
Why not just make enough
money for you to live
comfortably on.
Remember, since we have
different levels of happiness,
the extra money may or may
not have that much of an
impact on your happiness.
Keep in touch with your family
and circle of friends.
Human beings are social
creatures who long for the
companionship of other
people.
Try and stay close to family
and friends. Visit them often.
You will find that they are
worth more than any money
that can be offered.
And don't have the "grass is
greener on the other side"
mentality.
Yes, there will always be
someone who will be ahead
of you in terms of money,
clothing, position, and face
or body.
BUT while that is true, there
will also be someone who is
inferior to you, who may be
bigger than you in terms of
body size and so on and
so forth.
And how do you know that
first person was happy?
What I am trying to say is
that while you will have things
that you will be inferior compared
to others, you will also have
things you are superior with
when also compared with
others.
It just takes you to realize
that and for you to take full
advantage of the things you
are superior in.
Appreciate what is working
in your life right now. Learn to
find the little beauty in
everything you do.
And at the end of the day
don't forget to always be
thankful for yourself.
************************************************************
And you too can silence that
inner negative voice so you
can strengthen your self-esteem.
Check out how you can do it here.
Only you can make yourself
be happy.
To your inner success,
Amy Twain
