Do Not Stress Out Your Beauty

see.

naturally beautiful with yourself.
See how here.
**********************************************************************
Don't you feel like tearing your hair out with
the stress that comes from your daily frustrations,
grief, and anxiety?
I'm sure you do. And when stress builds up
it can drive you to the edge - with terrible
consequences.
As one stressed-out person to another, I
know how it feels, and the feelings are not
good.
Coping with life, and carrying the problems
that may or may not belong to you exclusively
can eat away at what little happiness and
sanity you may have left.
The good thing is that there are ways to manage
the stress so it does not become a burden
to your body.
**********************************************************************
1. Acknowledge that stress is good
Stress can be your friend.
You see stress is part of your body's natural
"fight or flight" response - you know, that burst
of energy that enhances your performance
just when you need it.
You feel it just prior to a start of a competition.
It's what gives you that added boost to do
well even when you think you're bad at it.
The thing you need to look out for is to overuse
this so much so that your body get's so used
to it that the effect becomes negligible to
the point that it becomes a negative.
2. Avoid stress givers who sneeze stress
germs
Go ahead and laugh.
Ok admittedly it's un-scientific and I will be
the first to admit that it does sound improbable
but I think you probably know what I mean.
Stressed people tend to share their stress
indiscriminately like germs and thus spread
their stress to other people and before you
know it, you're infected too.
They're the people who love to share their
stress and want you to be as stressed out
as they are.
Help protect yourself by recognizing stressed
out people and limiting your contact with
them.
3. Learn from the best
Look at the people who keep their cool despite
everything that is happening around them.
How are they able to keep their cool?
What are they doing differently?
What is their attitude?
Is it natural or did they train themselves?
Figure it out and use it on yourself - whatever
works.
Talk to them or follow them but learning from
them is one way you can be like them.
4. Don't think of stressful things
Easier said than done I know. The thing is
you can be giving yourself the stress by
always thinking of stressful situations.
The thing is most of the things you think
of will never happen, so why worry needlessly?
Things will go wrong but if you're not stressed
out you'll find that you'll be able to deal with
it better than if you sweated bullets trying to
think of what you should do should that event
were to occur.
5. Know yourself and what triggers your
stress
Presentations, interviews, meetings, deadlines . . .
the list can go on as to what can give you
stress.
Make your own list of stress triggers. Be
as specific and as detailed as possible.
Knowing what causes you stress can help
you fight and control these stressful situations.
6. Take care of your body and your health
Sounds logical right?
You'd be surprised as to how many people
don't even do this.
Lack of sleep, poor diet and no exercise can
wreak havoc with your body and mind.
When you're tired everything can be a stress
trigger.
Take break when necessary, eat healthy,
and get enough sleep. Do this and you'll
find you get less and less stressed.
**********************************************************************
Stress can be pain in the you know where
but it can also be a tool that can help you.
Just learn how to properly manage stress
and you should go far.
And you'll also realize that with less stress
your beauty will get released more and more.
See how you can release your inner natural
beauty.
