Hair And It Is Not The Musical
Release the inner beauty that's waiting to be
set free.
See how here.
Discover your true "face of beauty" and become
your own beautiful you.
*******************************************************************
We all have hair.
Well in varying degrees of coverage.
Some of us have a full head of hair while others
have none (but hey some women find that
sexy when it comes to guys - not so much
the other way around, sorry girls).
Not all of us are born with glorious, glamorous
and beautiful dazzling hair.
That being said, you can have that kind of
hair by just knowing how to take care of your
hair so you can look great and feel great at
the same time
*******************************************************************
One of the simplest ways to add and keep
the glamor in your hair is to just keep it clean.
When you have dirty hair, it is not only very
unmanageable but it also looks unpleasant.
Wash your hair daily and use a good quality,
and gentle shampoo that is suited to your
hair type.
By that I mean if you have permed or color
treated hair, then use a shampoo for chemically
treated hair.
If you have dried or oily hair then use shampoo
that takes care of those kinds of hair respectively.
The same is true for conditioners.
Use a conditioner set for your specific type
of hair.
Try to have a separate conditioner.
Nowadays the convenient thing are those “2 in 1”
shampoos with conditioners in them.
While it is convenient, it may not be 100%
effective and thus you may not be getting
the maximum benefit from it.
After washing your hair dry it well before you
brush it.
Never brush wet hair as it can cause damage
and breakage.
If you comb it comb it gently using a comb
with wider teeth starting from the ends and
working your way up to your scalp.
That being said do not dry your hair to death
with your towel.
Don't be overly zealous with rubbing your hair
with the towel.
Be gentle, very very gentle.
And while using a hair dryer is fast and efficient
it's also not that healthy for your hair if used
too much.
Heat damage is a major consequence.
Dry, brittle and frizzy hair is the result.
Keep use of hair dryers to a minimum and
not on overly high heat.
And to help keep split-ends in control trim
your hair on a regular basis even if you are
growing it long.
And if you are planning on getting a haircut
please make sure you get one that looks
good on you not on someone else.
Julia Roberts make look fabulous with her
haircut but the same one may look horrendous
on you.
Taking care of your hair is not that hard and
with regular maintenance you will soon see
a more fuller and more glamorous hair.

Your hair is the crowning glory of your total
body beautiful.
Let it shine for you.
