show their enthusiasm for the work and the
results.
They have a clear vision and focus on what
they want to get done.
This means that they have a strong conviction
to follow through until the end.
This is because they are persistent.
They just never give up.
They won't get derailed for any reason.
They value everything - be it time, the work
being done, and even their co-workers.
They are mindful of others and are great networkers.
In this regard they are able to earn the respect
of their peers.
They lead by example and have no problem
showing others how to do things.
That being said they have high expectations
of themselves and their peers.
This is because they are confident in themselves
and in others to get the job done.
Thus they are great at motivating others.
They are able to inspire others with their vision.
Their vision of the future.
The good thing is that these traits are all
learned.

And these traits work in conjunction with one
another so they reinforce each other.
