Let Your Skin Face The World With Confidence
Beauty is not just about health.
It's also about confidence.

And the part of your body that
is the showcase of your beauty
and confidence other than your
face is your skin.
Your skin is the canvas of your
beauty and making sure it is
as flawless as possible is one
of the things you should
take care to do.
You do want clear, glowing,
and glorious skin right?
So here's what you can do to
make sure you get that.
First off let me tell you that
getting a facial is not enough.
It works but it's not like you
can get a facial everyday.
Not only is it not practical -
who has time nowadays -
it's also not cheap and can
cost a pretty penny in the
long run.
What you need is to have your
own skin care routine that's
simple and easy for you to
do regularly.
1. Makeup makes you glamorous
but it also can clog pores that
prevents your skin from
breathing.
I mean, you've probably seen
what chemicals can do to
metal, well imagine what it
can do to your skin.
I exaggerate but you get the
picture.
Simplicity and minimalism is
the best.
2. Remember that song that
came out a couple of years
back that advised you to, if
anything else, "wear
sunscreen."
That was, and still is, good
advise. Even if it's not sunny
or in winter.
Nothing ages your skin faster
than UV rays and the sun can
be a brutal enemy.
I'm sure you don't want your
skin to feel and look like
gnarled leather.
So that you kill two birds with
one stone why not use a sun-
block with a high enough SPF
number that also has
moisturizers.
3. When you're done with the
day don't forget to cleanse
your face so you get rid of
the dirt it has accumulated.
Use a cleanser that matches
your skin type but not so
abrasive that it scours your
skin, especially your face.
Use warm water first so your
pores open up to release the
dirt and oils.
After that use cold water so
your pores close already clean.
4. Drink plenty of water.
Water is one of the best, if
not the best natural cleanser
there is.
5. Exercise. This will not only
help to oxygenate your skin
but will also help in the
removal of waste through
your skin.
Basically you will be sweating
off the waste.
6. Having a good healthy diet
will give you the proper nutrition
that is beneficial to your skin.
Lot's of fruit and green leafy
vegetables is the
recommendation.
7. Finally, get a good night's
sleep. They don't call it beauty
sleep for nothing.
Remember, it is when you
sleep that your body not only
gets rid of the waste and toxins
but also the time when your
skin gets re-generated.

And beauty is not just skin
deep. It goes deeper than
that.

beauty.
