Love The Skin You Are In
A cliche I know but it's true.
Your skin is the first thing people see.
That's why you need to love your skin so you
can proudly show it off.
See how here.
The thing is getting a clear complexion is
not just through face cleansing and what-not
although it does help.
It is also important for you to take care of
what you put into your body in terms of what
you eat and what you do - habits - that can
affect your skin.
Healthy foods is a start.
Salmon or Tuna is a good one to start with.
Why?
Because these foods are rich in Omega 3.
What does Omega 3 do?
It helps to prevent dry skin and dry hair.
Unfortunately, our bodies can't make this so
you need to have an outside source.
And it's quite tasty grilled with a squeeze
of lemon and steamed or grilled vegetables.
And speaking of vegetables try have spinach
as part of your diet.
These little green leaves are power packed
with much needed Vitamins A and C which
helps keep your skin from drying.
But even if you eat healthy, it won't make
much difference if you also have bad habits
that negate the good that you're doing.
What am I talking about?
Well for startes if you smoke it's right in front
of you.
It has been proven that smoking is bad for
your health.
Not only that it also has a negative effect on
your skin - more wrinkles and blotchier skin
tone.
And if you drink, drink socially and even that
in moderation only.
Alcohol speeds up the sagging of your skin -
something that you don't want I'm sure.
Wearing makeup is also bad. I'm just not
talking about the makeup themselves - I'm
also talking about the makeup brushes you
use.
I bet that you've never cleaned and/or washed
your makeup brushes since you started using
them have you?
Not cleaning your brushes can result in clogged
spores and even bacterial infections.
It's not that hard - once a month just wash
the brushes with an anti-bacterial shampoo
or soap and let them dry overnight.
And to continue about makeup - when you
go to bed make sure to wash your face and
remove the makeup.
If you don't you just may find your face with
clogged spores and/or acne.
Speaking of sleep, if you're night owl or someone
who does a lot of work by staying up late three
words of advice - go to sleep.
Lack of sleep can cause stress which, in turn,
can aggravate skin conditions such as acne.
At the same time, sleep is when your body
repairs itself, including your skin, and so
depriving yourself of sleep deprives your body
the time to heal and repair itself.
Earlier I said that you should eat healthy
right?
That also means getting rid of the junk food
that carry "bad" fats.
If you feel like munching on something reach
for foods with healthy fats like nuts or avocado.
At the end of the day, you only have one skin.
And it is your skin that faces the world.
It doesn't matter if you have a beautiful face
but if you have blackheads or acne on it then
it's not beautiful anymore right?
So it's important you not neglect your skin
because it is your shell, your covering, your
protection.

inside and out look below.

Let your inner beauty release your outer
beauty.
