Take Care Of Your Important Things Even In Heartache
Infidelity affects everyone, even
the rich and powerful as evidenced
by history.
Regardless of who you are, such
an event can be very devastating
to one's being.
Fight back and empower yourself.
Help yourself through the emotional
carnage and make way for a
happier love life.
************************************************************
Infidelity is a painful experience
that no one should be exposed
to, be you man or woman, and
most especially if you are a child.
If it happens to you, specially if
you're the woman, you're hurt
and confused.
And why shouldn't you be.
After all in the blink of an eye a
relationship that you thought to
be strong and unbreakable just
broke.
It's not the end of the world,
although right now you may
think that and I don't blame
you.
You might still get him back or
you might not - it all depends
on other factors and on you.
But before you can even go that
far you first need to take care
of some important things.
Taking care of these things first
can help you move on to your
next step.
1. Do not forget to take good
care of yourself.
Right now, your goal is to take
care of yourself, especially after
the devastation you've just
went through.
Get a make-over or simply keep
doing your daily routine with a
special twist to it.
You want to do things that will
strengthen yourself and keep
your mind clear.
2. If you have children, do not
neglect them.
In fact at this point in time they
can be your one true anchor
that can help you keep your
head above water.
Hold them or hug them. Tuck
them in at night and assure
them that everything will be
all right.
Don't forget to tell them “I love
you” at least once in a while.
Your children might not totally
understand or even comprehend
the whole situation at this very
moment that's why it is important
to make them feel comfortable
and keep the the lines of
communication open.
They've potentially lost one of
their parents; don't make them
feel they will lose you too.
3. Write down the important
things that you need to do and
check them off after you've
finished doing them.
Have a notebook set aside for
this. Make it your very own
place to share and store all
your cares and woes, and
everything else that's significant
since the heartache began.
It's not like you're keeping a
record of the pain you're going
through but rather think of it
as a safety valve where you
are merely releasing your pent
up emotions.
And even if you read through it,
it can become therapeutic.
4. Go out and do something
you’ve always wanted to do,
but have always put aside for
later.
There is no better time than now.
You will not only be doing
something that can take your
mind off things but will also be
trying something new that will
open up a whole new world of
possibilities for you.
5. And don’t forget to look at
the big picture.
Look out of your window for
inspirational moments.
If your pain still persists, try to
reach out and touch someone -
talk to a family member, a
friend, or other people you
trust.
At this time sharing all your
worries and concerns to a
sympathetic ear is the best
thing for you.
Of course it goes without
saying that what I have
enumerated above may not
work for you.
After all, everyone has different
circumstances and way of
coping.
What is important is that you
don't bog yourself down.
And if you want to empower
yourself so you don't have to
face such a situation then

Empower yourself to fight infidelity.
Help yourself through the emotional
carnage and make way for a
happier life!
To a stronger you,
