There’s a great difference between a consultant and a business coach. A consultant is trained to give advice in detail for a certain scope of business, while a business coach helps us in understanding the basics of the entire industry.

Coaching for growth emphasizes a lot on teamwork because it is the accumulated efforts of all the team members to perform the tasks at a quicker pace. The whole approach of it is to improve the existing strategies and methods to accomplish the goals in the best possible way you can.

Growth coaching is imperative to follow a desired course of action and study the current situation to accomplish the end results. Nevertheless, the individual doesn’t have to agree to the coach’s advice. In reality, coaches never give advice at all, but instead they use clear-cut, focused and in-depth questions to evoke the straight and exact answer from the client.
