4. Generate and expand a lofty sense of self-awareness. Being aware is all about what is—and not what should be. It is in fact the best skill or aptitude to enhance when it comes to coaching. The speaker become conscious that self-learning could be about the past or the present and he puts a top priority on self-awareness.

Also, successful performers utilize self-meditation to get a deeper understanding of their various experiences, since they know too well that a life devoid of introspection spins out of control. Only by our examining of our personal experiences can we acquire some level of consciousness about who we really are and what have we done.
