You should make it a rule to follow your written meal plan. Once you made a schedule for your eating time, make sure that you keep it. Dieting motivation is easier when someone is following the written schedule. A written exercise plan is also needed to be scheduled. Both meal and exercise plan must be coordinated into your over all program.
You should also meet some of your friends who can help you in maintaining your diet. Friends who are supportive in your goals can make you feel more eager to keep what you have planned. When the work has paid off, you can show yourself and you can say that patience is a virtue.
Everything is possible as long as dedication and determination are within.
