We hear a lot about smokers being forced by their family members to quit smoking. The problem is the patients don’t have strong desire or stimulation to quit using tobacco. Usually they think they would be relieved to stop the meticulous process of quitting smoking so precisely, but obviously, they are so vain to change their ways.

What can a hypnotist say to make them stop their bad habit such as smoking? To stop it, it takes some effort to convince the smokers that it is better living without smoking. A hypnotist points out to them that a person who doesn’t have bad habits can look attractive, even powerful.

The power of hypnosis to stop this habit is very impressive. It is safe to say that our brain is the one that controls our desire. Smoking, like addiction is a kind of disease. So there is no way out but to do something for medications. People are well aware that smoking can give bad consequences to them in the first place.

But why on earth they are still doing it? Its because they've easily adapted the effect on the nature, behavior or action of people that surround them. It would not occur to you to be forced by your friends if you distance yourself from this situation. You should know how to say no whenever they encourage you to do that.





Remember this memorable saying of mine, too much evil can kill evil. So don't wait for smoking to make you evil and it is the one which can kill you. Many smokers take doctors' advice on how to treat their bad habits but it ends up into nothing. There are some basis that the power of hypnosis can be a better cure to people who are suffering from this kind of addiction.

When a hypnotist uses the power of suggestion to make you stop, there is a possibility that it would last forever. You can assume that it will never come again. Your experiences with using tobacco has taught you that if you want to live longer, use the power of your mind, the power of hypnosis.

As you encounter some temptations again, you can say that this is just a brief meaningless habit. So it would be better not to start what you have kicked before. If you knew about it and brought that subject up again, you already know how to manage it. There is no basis for you to be afraid, so face all the challenges together with the hypnosis that you have gathered.

If smokers keep in mind that hypnosis is the simplest and less expensive way to stop doing it, they are under no obligation to spend a lot of money for medications. Controlling one's mind can be the strongest of all and to have this kind of thinking, smokers should have a strong desire or stimulation to quit.

It's not too late to make amends for all the mistakes that you have done in your life when you were under the power of smoking.
