Sleep is very important to all of us—our body needs to rest and revitalize after a hard day’s work. If you don’t have enough sleep, then your mind and body cannot function very well, plus, you feel tired, restless not to mention irritable. Not being able to fall asleep is annoying isn’t it? You toss and turn in bed, counting sheep all night, just to end up with not being able to sleep a wink at all.
