Have you had a hard time telling somebody what you really mean and you feel that no one seems to understand what you are trying to say? You are wondering why they don’t get it when it’s so simple to understand. Usually, the reason is the construction of your words.
Is it clear enough to be understood? Others could understand you fully by simply organizing thoughts and it’s like you have to do a lot of clutter clearing and editing in your head before you say it in simply and more precisely. You have to omit some ideas that are not related for they are unnecessary.

 Get organized in the content of your intuition for the situation is more complicated when you are to speak in front of many people. Many of us are afraid to speak in a crowd because the risk of being ridiculed is high so organizing thoughts is also needed to avoid goofing up in front of many.
You need more organizing work in your mind because we are prone to criticism when we are facing to different individuals. Their reactions vary from positive to negative and most of us fear the harsh comments that might be thrown at us directly on our faces. Act as your very own personal organizer for it’s a total blow that will give us shame and we are just human who have emotions and very few are not that sensitive to this unkind act.
To avoid this to happen we have to know how to organize thoughts in speaking in public or even in to an ordinary conversation we are having with someone for it affects our dealings and relationship with people. We have this tendency to jump from one idea to another to which is not related to each other.
So the simple thing to do is organizing thoughts for the person or the people that are listening to you might not be able to follow your thoughts thus, making them hard to get your point. This creates a barrier in communication in understanding each other. The logical explanation here to get people to understand you is by organizing thoughts before giving them your idea.
Remember the good thoughts that you want to express and follow the format from the very important to the very least. Focus on the subject alone and its related topic. When organizing thoughts, don’t say the unnecessary topics for it will just crowd your mind on the ideas that you already have in your head.
It will just confuse you and might add anxiety that will make you forget some phrases that you are about to say. Give examples and justify as you are explaining to lead them to your main point. Be specific so the person you are talking to can understand. Organizing thoughts while having a counter argument as you are giving your message to make it appear more credible.
