Having An Organized Life

Tags: , ,

Everything in this world has advantages and disadvantages. What would you prefer? The former ones or the latter ones? Almost all people choose the former ones. But it is also the most difficult to do. Are we doing our best to comply with an organized life? Organizing isn't easy when you're out of focus.

Being organized is about being in control of your life. So how can you control it? You should know your limitations or boundaries. You've got to make a list of the things that you do. You can't put everything in your mind because it could be messed up. Put your plan in writing so that you have something as a reminder when you meet difficult and confusing situations.

The more organized your life is, the more you feel better and relaxed. I could still remember when i was in university. I had my final exam in my major subjects. I studied for a long time so I believed that I could pass the test. As far as I know, I did my best to study in all my major subjects.

But it ended up into terrible results. Yeah, I studied but everything was mixed up. It was obvious that I didn't organize some lessons that I should study. I was cramming and couldn't relax. So I have learned my lesson. I made a list and I arranged it. Now I feel better and relaxed.

You should also do the same thing in your life. We can't catch time anytime we want. So, why do we have to waste time if we know that we can save it. After organizing it doesn't mean that you have to stop there. You must maintain the habit of keeping things organized.

Needless to say that, maintaining a good habit is one of the hardest things to do. But you ought to focus on what you need in life. That is not only for that particular day or situation. What about the next day and the day after tomorrow? Try to keep that habit for good.

One must try to maintain a thick consistency in organizing because this will lead to an organized life and maybe sooner and later it will be well-organized. If you spend at least 20 minutes to finish cleaning your room why don't you minimize making some mess. Return things to each proper place to reduce your work.

Set your time and schedule and be certain to do what you have arranged. If ever you fail on you target date, don't be so stressed out. It could affect the things that you have organized. Learn to let go of the past and better luck next time. It's not the end of the world yet.

Set another target time and make it clear that everything must be settled before doing it. Sometimes we have to make a lot of options because not all the time we are lucky enough to achieve what we really want. Make your target date or goal a lot simpler than the first one.

Life would be easier when we know how to make plans. Then after doing all this things, you can give yourself with some rewards. Praise yourself.
