When something bad happens to us, we have this tendency to have negative thoughts on our self and to other people. The incidents that have happened to us influence our thinking. This kind of thinking is self-destructing. It can create insecurity which started from your early experiences in life that came from your childhood.
Do you still remember the things that had happened to you when you were a child? If you noticed, the things that you remember the most are the things that you experienced when you were still a child. In your young mind, those particular events in your life are registered vividly in your memory.

 You can’t forget those things when you were ridiculed by your peers, scolded by your father and mother, insulted by other people and the bad events that had happened to you.It’s hard to have positive thoughts when you are in the face of pain or difficulty. But if you are able to trace the root cause of your issue, you can reprogram your negative thinking to positive thoughts.
You have to clear the issues with yourself by clarifying what’s in your thoughts. As you get to know the cause, you can attack the real problem. It’s like after a doctor diagnosed the disease after a series of test, he will be able to give the right medicine to cure the disease.
That is also the same with this situation.You cannot just get rid of negative assumption right away. You need to be aware on the contents of your thoughts everyday. It needs a daily practice to change your pessimism to positive thoughts. You cannot master that in a day. Experiences whether good or bad has an effect to us.
It could trigger negative or positive feelings. We cannot avoid negative events to happen and automatically most of us will have negative perception in this situation. You need to direct your mindset to positive insight especially in times like this for your own benefit. Negative thinking will not help you with this.To convert your negative intuition to positive thoughts, always think of winning no matter how bad things are.
You have the power to control your mind on what you will feel by simply directing your thoughts. Unconsciously, you act out the things that are constant in your mind. For example, If you think of having your dream job, since you really wanted that job and it’s always on your mind, you will likely get the job.
Your desire to have that job is the one that keeps you going to achieve your goal. It’s like a fuel that ignites your motivation to find the ways to get the job.If negativity crowds your mind, replace it by positive thoughts. Divert your mind by not focusing on the negative exclusively.
It will just drain your energy which is not helpful. It’s just a waste of time. This reason alone is a validation to stop thinking negatively. Try to find things that you are thankful about. That is also an affirmation that you are still blessed by some good things.Dwelling in negativity will just give you a miserable life.
Positive thoughts have power over you for it influences your actions and carries your life. The power of positive thoughts has a big impact on you. For it will lead you a more satisfying and happy life.
