When I was still in my worst moment to where I feel miserable, I know I needed a boost to improve self-esteem. In the past, there are times when I felt so alone and there’s no one to turn to. I was like a child who looks for her mother who will assure me of myself but there’s nobody to depend on.
I was with so many people but I haven’t been into deep relationships with others. I was so insecure, I have to improve self-esteem that I just follow others on what they want me to do without so much questions just to have their acceptance. I felt resentful but I just can’t voice it out.

I seem like a mute who can’t speak for myself and I hated it. During those times, my self-esteem was extremely low. My bad experiences from abuse made me bitter and hateful and then I realized that I have no power over the experiences that I might encounter but I can be in-charge of my emotions.
Dwelling on negative thinking just wasted my time and life at that dark moment. It’s just crap. So I decided to stop the negative thinking and improve self esteem to see its advantage. My moods have changed and its effect on me is exhilarating. I could feel the positive vibe coming in.
I discovered that it’s our thoughts that control our emotions to where I got the trick. As my experiences have broadened because of my exposures to it, I learned something valuable in life on how to improve your self-esteem coming from my very own struggles and pains that made me stronger.
Yes, our pains, like vaccine, immune us to the future pain that we might be encountering. Pain, after all, is unavoidable and is always present in our life and the only solution for that is to deal with it successfully. Having pain is a learning process as we get skilled after we went through it.
My misfortunes and adventures in life gave me an idea to create my very first e-book, “The Fabulous Self-Esteem” to help improve self esteem of persons suffering from it. All information was stored on that e-book regarding on how to deal the inner conflicts with yourself and others and I also stated how your experiences would affect your life.
Our personality was formed starting from our early life as a child to where our characters are gradually created. To change my negative feelings as well as to improve self esteem, I simply shift my thoughts into something positive. That way, I was able to build my confidence. My life became different as it used to be.
I started to love myself more and stopped feeling guilty on the things that has failed beyond my control. I know my weaknesses and faults but it doesn’t give any reason to feel low.
