Self worth is how the person looks or perceives themselves, how they truly see themselves, and what confidence level they believe they have or possess. As a matter of fact, there are several articles and published materials written to talk about the low self worth most especially on teenage girls, confidence and self esteem.
The reason for this—is because oftentimes the teenage girl has one way or another has feelings of low self worth. This truly is self judgemental whenever a teenage girl looks at her life (or her body) and then makes an assumption or decision of how she really feels or who she is or how she has become or evolved as a human being.

An example of this is the teenage girl easily judging her looks and her self worth as feeling she is completely unattractive or ugly, too fat or too thin, is useless, not smart or intelligent enough, or having no confidence at all. Yet in reality, it is just what is commonly in the teenagers’ minds and how they think or look at themselves and the teenage girl herself is not truly looked upon by other people to be of low self worth or displaying those characteristics.
And especially having all these physical issues they deal with, and the peer pressure to fit in with the crowd, at times these feelings of being looked upon by other individuals are mostly imagined anyway. None of these features can’t be addressed or solved with just a few and simple strategies.
To create self esteem activities for teenage girls which could enhance and develop confidence, self worth and self esteem, then you will need an activity that the teenager could relate to and be motivated and be inspired also, make them realize that anything is indeed possible. One easy activity that is mostly tried and tested for instance, is for the young girl to look for her favorite magazine and a big poster-sized piece of cardboard.
With these things available, scan through the pages of the magazine firstly for words or phrases of encouragement, like, a headline that boldly declares “The Real You”, “Go Girl, You Can Do It!” or “Go For It!” and “Hello Lovely Girl” or “You Are Beautiful Inside And Out”. Set your headings up on your poster in your creative way and make it look appealing.
Next, skim through the magazines and cut out the pictures which motivates and inspires you—attractive and statuesque models or actresses, colorful landscapes, pretty boys, cars, new clothes and shoes or beautiful homes and getaways. Attach these on your poster and you would soon find that you’d fill your poster up.
And now, we call this masterpiece your Inspirational Poster. Read the headlines you have attached on your poster and with even just a look at it every day and they will naturally become your daily affrimations. Take a look at those photos and realize that you’re just as fabulous and good looking as they are! It is just about the way you look at the values and things that matters most in your life.
