behavior.

The controller type is the one who always dominates or rules over you. Often, they order you on how to live your life. Being with them makes you feel trapped and ineffective.

Help Your Child Cope With Teen Stress


Meeting many new interesting people is one of the perks of traveling. I've met and known some fascinating people and strangely, most of them are teenagers. Oh yes, how time flies and I can still remember when I was a teenager myself.
Your adolescent years can be quite confusing and sometimes stressful. It's those moments wherein so many things are happening in your life. Stress in teens can be caused by peer pressure, problems in school, poor self image, bodily adjustments, not fitting in, problems at home, etc.

So what are the signs and symptoms of teen stress?
  • Feeling resentful of other people
  • Wanting to be alone almost all the time and feeling like you got so many things on your hands.
  • Experiencing physical symptoms like stomach aches, head aches, insomnia
  • Feeling guilty, exhausted or on the edge
  • Not enjoying the activities/things you used to enjoy before
  • Some severe symptoms include being suicidal or turning to drugs and alcohol
