When we talk about stress management, it’s inevitable that we connect the world of meditation. Music for meditation includes those sounds we listened to or the music played during meditation session. Some music samples for meditation music must be simple, relaxing, (healing, if you want) and soothing. Actually, there’s a mysterious branch of yoga called Nada Yoga.
In this branch of yoga, it is said that some progressed meditators hear some celestial sounds which take place from the heart. Nada yoga is actually another way to approach with veneration in response to sound. But of course, this blog won’t delve too much on this technical stuff about Nada Yoga stuff.

Anyway, some of the conventional sounds can comprise of the deep rolling sound of the waves and the buzzing of the bees to name a few. There are actually some musical instruments wherein they are truly encouraging to meditation music and they are: the flute, the sitar, the Tibetan singing bowl and the tamboura.
Some of the famous names which can be related to producing these kinds of sounds and some of them are groundbreakers in their own right. Inner Splendor Media, Sounds True, and the Sanata Society. In connection to this, mantras are also very powerful—ever heard of them? A mantra is also a meditation music more than a form of yoga music.
Mantra is taken from two words that mean man (mind) and tra (calm). It also means a formula or word, sung or chanted like a form of prayer or incantation. Now, I want to challenge you—if you can only put aside 10 minutes for 1 day for your mantra meditation, you’ll absolutely notice a considerable difference in your attitude or in your mindset.
But here’s the catch—you got to do it for at least 30 days or a month successively, so don’t skip days, or else you got to start from Day 1! Now, how’s that for challenge—if we could overpower our own minds, well I believe that anything indeed is possible! I hope that you’re ready for meditation music is not for all; it takes discipline and there’s no other way.
You got to concentrate in your routine. You know why this is a challenge? Coz there’s always an excuse, a reason not to stick with it, to get away—like being too tired or whatever. But the results definitely outweigh the sacrifices of meditation music. And they include: attaining happiness, attract abundance, attract the ultimate love of your life (soulmate) or even just to clear your mind.
Can’t wait to meditate? Well the, bring out your yoga pants and your yoga mat!
