In this article, I would share with you some of the best stress busters. Stress makes life tougher, plus, it makes you tired, anxious, depressed, and grouchy. The daily stresses in life could actually affect everyone—from the ordinary student, the busy and multitasking mom, to the overworked employee. Not to mention the physical feelings of tight and aching muscles, tension headaches and more. You can use this list of the best and most effective stress busters to apply and add some calm and relaxation in your hectic and stressful schedule. 1. Exercise—obviously, exercise would activate the human body to release those endorphins that could help uplift your mood. And this could be as easy and simple as a few jumping jacks or a brisk walk around the block.

2. Dance, dance, dance to your heart’s desire! Most probably best done within the comforts of your own home. Yes, time to turn up the beat of your favorite songs and go wild! Dance around and sing out loud and do it for your own self as if there’s no tomorrow. Aside from having lots of fun, the stress would eventually dissolve away. 3. Get out—seriously, I mean get outside, get out of your homes and get some fresh air and sunlight could elevate one’s mood and clear one’s thoughts in just a few minutes. People take those well deserved coffee breaks or cigarette breaks all the time—well, why don’t you allow yourself some fresh air break-- come on now, you know you deserve it.
I’ll give you a little hint—take 5 huge and deep belly breaths while you’re there outside. Fill up those lungs all the way and hold it! Hold it for just 2 seconds and then breathe out, exhale. Repeat 5 times and you are ready to go. 4. Laugh out loud (LOL)—researches have shown that laughter reduces all those stress hormones and is definitely good for the immune system. Well, as the adage goes, “laughter is the best medicine.” Place in a funny, humorous (or corny, if it works for you) movie or get that CD of your favorite comedian. A good tip for driving in stressful traffic jam is to put in your favorite comedian’s CD during the entire commutes—a big help. 5. Be quiet—this is by far the most effective stress buster imaginable. Try to learn meditation-- it could be a simple and easy process. Okay, here’s how—first, sit in a comfy position with a straight back. Let your body relax and close your eyes. Next, breathe in and breathe out and on the in breath, allow the air to fill your abdomen, but don’t strain just to get in too much air, but just enough. Then, as soon as you’re done breathing in, now it’s time to exhale. Let the whole process of breathing in and out to go slow and smooth. Allow it to be uninterrupted but don’t hold your breath. Then at last, count your breaths; upon reaching to the count of 10, now you’re done.
