I happened to listen to a teleseminar of my friend Ryan Jeffrey when he interviewed networking expert and millionaire real estate investor Tim Lewis. Entitled, How to Build Your Personal Wealth and Success Team, I learned a lot about various networking strategies and wealth building. One prerequisite of building network leadership are your commitment to others and that you’re truly passionate about it.
When it comes to this industry, it’s not just about how to earn money like fast easy money, but it’s about building a team—bonded with a common purpose. Tim Lewis always advised the would-be entrepreneurs out there to be passionate about what you’re doing; you got to love what you do.

There must be an underlying motivation inside you (aside from those self help books) that makes you believe in something; you got to believe in the industry and in the integrity of the business you’re into. What he means by this is that everything has to be legal, since you don’t want to involve other people just to apologize later on.
Some of the most effective networking strategies are: to bear in mind that people want to feel better and want more money (it’s a fact of life), and to contact more people and relay opportunities and focus on them to get what they want and not about you. Networking strategies is more about supporting others and being there for them.
That’s why you have to reach out to other people and this business is not like, “every man for himself” Together, you generate more wealth when leaders provide the things that people can utilize, using their talent and creativity. Aside from the networking strategies, this teleseminar also tackles about some of the roadblocks in this business.
And these are: fear, doubt, and lack of education in this field. When you decide to go ahead in this kind of business and in leading a topnotch team, and creating abundance and prosperity, some networking strategies and tips from Tim Lewis: “Don’t let school get you in the way of your education.” Though, quite ironic or funnily said, it simply means that you got to go outside and find some sources—and be street-savvy.
You know, making friends and consulting others how they did it—how they make more money. That’s all part of networking strategies. Aside from that, he also relays to us not to let other people’s situation rob you of the joy in your heart.
