You can easily notice those people who are successful and remain at the top of their game—they possess the action habit. Yes, you may have the idea, the talent and the connections, but what good are those if you don’t take action to let your goals materialize? How to change habits is not as easy and simple as it seems, but if you want to excel in your field and if you want to see results, incorporate the action habit to be a wild success and here’s how: 1) Remember the Nike adage---“just do it!” Yes, instead of dreaming about your goals, why not do it? Practice them.
Do you want to begin a healthy lifestyle by going to the gym? Want to say “I’m sorry” to a friend? Then do it now—develop your action habit. In connection with this, 2) Live in the present tense. Stop regretting about what you could have done better last week, or begin worrying about the unforeseeable future.

If you ponder too much about the past or future, then you’ll never get anything done and you’re wasting your time and energy on the things you have no control of. 3) Don’t wait for the perfect circumstances to make things happen. Well, if you wait for the “perfect moment” to arise, chances are, it’s not gonna happen.
And you know why--- it’s because the timing may be off, too much competition, something’s quite not right, or any other reasons which deter you from taking action. In reality, there’s no perfect time to start something. Begin your action habit and just remember to deal with difficulties when and if they come to pass.
Your ideas may be significant, but it can only be useful once it will be enforced.
