There are several issues that need to look up, if somebody has some deficiency in terms of memory concentration. Concentration is to direct one's thoughts or efforts in learning or doing something. Memory is the power, act or process of recalling the mind facts previously learned and past experiences. The two of them need to be develop in order not to experiences memory loss.
Talking about concentration and recollection we have to know the techniques on how to enhance them. When you're so attentive in learning something, your recollection will also increase. For the purpose of improving your memory concentration, you should come up with something better to achieve your expectation. When someone wants to have a sexy body, they need to exert a lot of effort to attain that kind of body by doing some physical exercises, it's the same thing in our brain.

So you'd better connect the name of the person to someone who is really close to you or something which has similarity in sound like you favorite things. In terms of numbers, connect them to the special holidays or special dates that never split your mind before. Then, you recognize that something has meaning.
We can make some short story just to have a good recollection. You can't expect to remember everything at first that is why you need to exert more effort to practice. We know that in a long run we can expect better that now. Another memory technique is to increase your attention to the things that you want to remember.
It's also one of the most important concept to achieve mindfulness concentration improvement. When you are attentive in doing or hearing something you could recognize that you are reacting on it. At that time mind concentration is working. You may also use some trivia games to enhance your memory concentration.
Games are not only for children but also for adults. The advantage of trivia games is you can use any subjects on it. You can based your questions in various kinds of matter such as current events, history, movies or music and so on. At first you don't know the answer to the question but as soon as you find them out it will stick in your brain.
Hence, new questions and answers are repeated, it can be a proof that both young and adult improve the thought. And last memory technique is repetition. It is the simplest and common technique to memorize something. In this technique, your attention is one hundred percent and that is the most important step in memorization.
