Most of us are looking for ways on how to increase productivity especially during those days of busy schedules and tight deadlines. So if you only got 10 minutes of free time, why don’t you make the most of it? Yes, this time, I’m going to show you some ways to increase productivity in 10 minutes.
1) Try sending out e-mails. Emails are very essential nowadays, and try to limit your messages to no longer than six sentences. If you’re going to spend 10-15 minutes on important matters, sending email messages is one of them. It’s a wonder what those few moments can do to increase productivity.

 2) Productivity is also about time management. And speaking of essential matters, cooking is one of them, since food is a primary necessity. If you really need to, go and make yourself some food to eat right now or for later. Just the simple thing like having some eatables to dig on or merely having the cooking process to get started on, it’s the little difference that can spell success to increase productivity.
3. Being productive doesn’t really mean business opportunity or ways to make money all the time. Like I’ve said, time management plays a key role to increase productivity. In the ten minutes that we have, we can clean up or organize the stuff which needs organizing. From our files, to our tasks, to our workstations, only a few minutes is good enough to do some cleaning up.
Begin with one task or one area and focus on it. Then, you can do whatever you need to do—sort, clear out space, file, segregate, whatever. You can clean your desk or your piles of junk and you’ll be surprised that in only a few minutes time, you could clean up a lot of space and breathe and relax.
4. How to increase productivity is not just about work and work. You can also catch up on your needed sleep when you feel you’re dozing off every now and then. Now is the best time to do some catnaps; a few minutes of closing your eyes, putting your head down and having some shut-eye is a good way to go.
And don’t underestimate the power of a few minutes of rest. The mere act of relaxing and stopping for a while is similar to meditation. That’s why you’ll come back a more refreshed individual after your short nap.
