People are always in a hurry because we all know that nobody can catch time and make it stop. It is like a wind that you could feel but you couldn't catch. We can feel that it's running and going by but we can't hold it. Once you waste it you couldn't get it back again.
So that is why we need to manage it effectively. Making your own time management activities is not really hard the way you think it is. Having that may help you build a strong foundation for your success. This kind of task is a personal one.

 You're the one who will design an action plan to achieve what you want. Everything depends on you. Things that work with you doesn't always work with someone else. Making time management activities is helpful to people who are not familiar with setting goals. Making your schedule will follow as soon as you set your own goals.
Making your time management activities is as individual as you are. So make it a rule that you have to review all the things that you've planned. To apply what you plan is a little bit difficult and complicated and probably you couldn't keep it. This will only serve as a waste of time instead of saving it.
Once you have chosen the right activities, do your best and keep it. It is just a matter of disciplining yourself with its consistency. Make sure that it is firm and with a consistent use. If you're not firm with the list that you made, many people or events might continue to interrupt you and your work just keep on pilling up until you will reach the point of giving up.
Don't let yourself reach this kind of situation. You must guard the time management activities that you've made. You must guard it by learning how to focus on your work and only that until you did it completely. You've got to block some interruptions that enter in the schedule that you have planned.
Don't ever dare to allow others to force you to do some commitments which is not included in your schedule. So that you can reach the target of your goal for today. Having time management activities means that you are managing when and how you're going to use your time.
So you should make a commitment to yourself that you must stick with the activities that is best for you. Train yourself not to be forced by other people to make unscheduled commitments. Try to tell them that you've committed all of it to these things so that when they come to you without any warning, you will politely refuse their request and you can tell them to schedule a later time to deal with their needs.
All the activities that you have must be fit to you and your needs rather than other people's needs. When you are trying to do something which doesn't fit your needs, well there is a little chance for you can to keep it . At first, you think you're trying your best but how could you make it perfectly if you already know that it's not suitable for you from the very start.
Determine what is the best way for you and stick with it.
